They create a diverse range of products, including scale models, prototypes, production parts, artworks, and custom awards, serving industries like architecture, medicine, marketing, events, and more. Thanks to their broad expertise, advanced machinery, and efficient in-house workflow, Formando delivers fast and flexible solutions - even for tight deadlines and last-minute projects.
Their technical skills and design excellence, combined with a workshop equipped with over 30 advanced 3D printers, laser cutters, vacuum machines, and finishing tools, ensure exceptional results from concept to completion. Formando stays ahead through innovation, personal service, and a genuine commitment to adding value and achieving complete client satisfaction.For this project the Formando team created a detailed 1:50 scale model of the Periscope House, carefully converting architectural drawings into hundreds of individually produced parts using 3D printing, laser cutting, or CNC milling. The assembled model features movable mirrored walls, integrated LED lighting, and cameras streaming interior views online.
Actuators and mirrors were provided by project partners. Landscape elements such as plants, grasses, water features, and trees were replicated from the architect’s renders. Plants were 3D printed and hand-painted for an authentic, realistic appearance.
